It's been a decade since a mysterious force field known as Hell's Gate appeared in the city of Tokyo, but it was an occurrence that went hand in hand with the emergence of powerful psychics. These psychics have powers to fundamentally realign out society, but it comes at the cost of their own sense of ethics. Hei is one such psychic, and he works for one of many agencies that are competing to unlock the mystery behind Hell's Gate and why it appeared. At his side is his loyal but blind assistant Yin. And the mysterious past of a girl named Suo will get them entangled in a dangerous conspiracy.
