Plot

In the turbulent aftermath of the Civil War, Confederate officer Blayde Hollister's world crumbles. The merciless Marlowe Brothers shatter his peace, obliterating his family and home. Consumed by a burning desire for vengeance, Hollister disavows surrender and morphs into a fugitive. To ensnare the elusive Marlowe trio into Texas, he stages his death in an intricate gunfight alongside his comrade, the legendary Wild Bill Hickock. Hollister cunningly weaves himself into the life of the newly minted U.S. Marshal to Dallas, the jovial yet greenhorn lawman, Martin Weatherby. Weatherby, in his unsuspecting innocence, allows Hollister to cloak himself in his identity. Meanwhile, the eldest Marlowe, Will, conceals his wickedness behind a facade of lawful real estate dealings, feigning outrage over the rampant lawlessness instigated by his psychopathic siblings, Cullen and Bryant. As Hollister finds himself embroiled in a romantic rivalry over Weatherby's sophisticated fiancée, Tonia Robles, the plot thickens. Weatherby grapples with the revelation that Hollister has been pardoned, leaving him free to wed Tonia after the Marlowe menace is vanquished. This gripping tale of revenge, subterfuge, and love unravels in the rugged landscapes of Dallas, keeping viewers on tenterhooks from start to finish.
