Plot

In the heart of the publishing universe, resides Eve, a gifted copy editor for the renowned Romantic Reads. Immersed in the literature of love, yet skeptical of its existence, she finds solace in the imaginary world of romance novels, a world she ironically doesn't believe in. When her star novelists, a love-struck couple named Arthur and Ruth, decide to embark on a Valentine's Day retreat, Eve seizes the opportunity to housesit. She anticipates the solitude of their home as the perfect haven to polish their upcoming masterpiece. However, her tranquil sanctuary is invaded by an unexpected co-occupant, Jake, Arthur and Ruth's charismatic nephew, and an enthusiastic self-help coach. Promised the same space to host his daily romantically themed workshops, Jake's presence disrupts Eve's plans. With a reluctant nod to the unavoidable, Eve decides to participate in Jake's workshops, hoping to ignite a spark of creativity for her editing endeavor. As the workshops unfold, the duo's divergent worlds collide. Initially, their differences are glaring - the pragmatic editor and the buoyant coach appear incompatible. However, as days turn into nights, a slow-burning camaraderie emerges. The workshops, initially a source of annoyance for Eve, evolve into a journey of personal exploration and discovery. Amidst the backdrop of romantic literature and the fervor of Jake's workshops, an unforeseen bond takes root, leading the pair into an unexpected romance. "Cupids on Beacon Street" is a testament to the transformative power of love, even for those who doubt its existence. This unexpected love story, as unique as it is unexpected, might be worthy of the pages of a romance novel itself.
