Plot

In the heart of the suburban sprawl, a small haven known as Coffee Town brews more than just coffee. It's a sanctuary for Will (Glenn Howerton), a 30-something website manager who's made this charming café his unofficial office. As the steam rises from his everyday cup, so does the threat of losing his beloved freeloaders' paradise. The café's owners, with their eyes on profit, plan to convert Coffee Town into a hip bar, an idea that threatens to disrupt Will's comfortable routine. Not one to let his haven be stolen away, Will ropes in his two best friends, Chad and Gino (Steve Little and Ben Schwartz), to fight back. The trio concocts a daring plan to stage a robbery, their goal to paint Coffee Town as an unsafe spot, too risky for the proposed swanky bar. However, the path to saving Coffee Town is riddled with more hurdles than they imagined. Sam (Josh Groban), a barista with a rock star's dream and a chip on his shoulder, stands in their way, adding an unexpected twist to their mission. Meanwhile, Will is also grappling with his unspoken feelings for the elusive Becca (Adrianne Palicki), adding a dash of emotional complexity to their comedic adventure. In this brew of friendship, mischief, and unrequited love, Coffee Town stands as a testament to the lengths one will go to preserve a slice of their daily comfort. Tune in to find out if Will and his band of unlikely heroes can keep the aroma of coffee lingering in the air or if they'll have to make way for the clink of cocktail glasses.
