Lieutenant Marion "Cobra" Cobretti is a tough cop in Los Angeles who discovers a secret organization of serial killers responsible for brutal murders throughout the city. When a young woman named Ingrid Knutsen witnesses one of their crimes, she is placed in his protective custody. As the two begin a relationship, he is determined to stop at nothing to end the killers' reign of terror.
