The Kranks love Christmas. Each year, they go all out. When their daughter lived at home, the family spent days decorating the exterior of the house, the interior, baking cookies, shopping for the perfect presents, and expertly wrapping each present. However, when their daughter decides to skip Christmas with her parents, the Kranks reconsider their holiday plans and decide to celebrate differently. But, their friends, neighbors, and co-workers aren't happy with the decision and let the Kranks know how they feel.
