A nameless Tibetan monk has spent over half a century protecting an ancient scroll that's believed to control limitless power. It's a journey that's carried him across the globe, but he's now found a young street kid that he thinks can become the latest wielder of the scroll. The two become unexpected allies in a quest to stop an evil kung fu master and find a more permanent solution to the power of the scroll. Fortunately, they'll also have the help of a sexy but dangerous Russian named Bad Girl. Failure means the world could fall under the control of Nazis.
