Plot
In the whirlwind of comedic cinema, Dax Shepard aspires to shift gears, partnering with his faithful ally and producer, Nate Tuck, to spin a new tale of action and martial arts mayhem. Engaging a cavalcade of Hollywood heavyweights, they approach Ashton Kutcher for a co-starring role, petition the seasoned Jon Favreau to helm the director's seat, and seek counsel from Tom Arnold, the veteran of the action-comedy "True Lies". Yet, the road to the elusive green light is rocky and riddled with detours.
As they navigate this tumultuous journey, they find themselves embroiled in a backyard wrestling showdown with Bradley Cooper and David Koechner, revealing snippets of past Shepard/Tuck adventures. The stakes rise further when a fissure threatens their lifelong camaraderie. Amidst the comedy and rejection, the burning question remains: Can Dax break through the barriers and bring his kung-fu vision to the silver screen?
