Bigfoot (2008)

Caught in the whirlwind of teenage emotions, Percy Caldwell harbors affection for Madison, the school's cheerleading queen, an endeavour his confidant Leonard considers a lost cause. Fate intervenes, leading Percy to rescue Madison from the unsolicited advances of two tormentors. In retaliation, they send Percy's bicycle spiralling off the road, landing him in a clandestine corner of the forest. Awakening from the crash, Percy finds himself face-to-face with an unlikely ally - Bigfoot, a towering eight-foot creature dispossessed by a recent forest fire. Disbelief greets Percy at home, forcing him to assume responsibility for his newfound friend's wellbeing. However, the bullies, upon discovering Bigfoot's existence, concoct a sinister plan to cage the creature, auctioning him off to the highest bidder. With Bigfoot's freedom hanging by a thread, it's up to the trio - Percy, Leonard, and Madison - to outwit the bullies, liberate Bigfoot, and guide him back to the heart of the forest, his rightful home. Their mission, fraught with danger and uncertainty, weaves an enchanting tale of friendship, courage, and unanticipated alliances.
