Babysitter Wanted (2007)

In the quaint confines of a small town, Angie Albright, a devoutly religious teenager with a passion for Art History, embarks on her college journey. She finds herself sharing space with an eccentric roommate, while striking up an unexpected friendship with Rick, a fellow student and former altar boy. Driven by her need to earn money for a bed, Angie responds to an advertisement for a babysitting job at the isolated Stanton Farm, nestled in the vast expanse of the countryside. The Stanton couple, Jim and Violet, are on the hunt for a caretaker for their young son, Sam. They find Angie to be a fitting choice and decide on a Friday night rendezvous. Amid these arrangements, however, Angie feels an eerie presence trailing her, leading her to report her suspicions to Chief Dinneli at the local police station. When Friday evening rolls around, an unfortunate car breakdown results in Rick chauffeuring Angie to the Stanton Farm. Left alone with Sam in the farmhouse, Angie's tranquil night turns into a nightmare as an unknown intruder breaks in. Displaying courage, Angie manages to shield Sam from the intruder. But soon, she discovers that the farmhouse harbors sinister secrets, turning her reality on its head and thrusting her into a world where nothing is as it seems.
