Plot

In the whirlwind of matrimonial chaos, Along Came Auntie spins an intricate web of familial ties, romantic entanglements, and comedic deception. Vivien, a woman whose heart has been claimed twice over, finds herself in a precarious predicament. After divorcing her first husband, the bumbling Vincent Belcher, she falls into the arms of refined Remington Chow. However, in an ironic twist of fate, financial woes force her to keep Vincent close, not as a husband but as a paying lodger. Just as Vivien begins to navigate these murky matrimonial waters, an unexpected guest arrives - her formidable Aunt, a staunch opponent of divorce. Unaware of Vivien's dissolved first marriage, Auntie brings with her the promise of $100,000 and a glittering cascade of diamonds. But this fortune comes with a catch. If she learns of the divorce, she will redirect her wealth to an abode for penniless pups, leaving Vivien high and dry. Caught in a whirlpool of deception and greed, Vivien must juggle her ex-husband, current spouse, and unsuspecting Aunt, crafting a charade of ongoing marital bliss with Vincent. This delicate subterfuge sparks a series of complications, testing her nerve, her relationships, and Remington's patience. Along Came Auntie is a rollercoaster of comedic confusion, where love, wealth, and familial approval are precariously balanced on the knife edge of deceit.
