A Perfect Getaway (2009)

Cydney and Cliff Anderson are on their honeymoon in Hawaii, but their adventurous excursion into the great outdoors becomes terrifying quickly. They meet two other sets of couples out on the trail, and friction starts to develop between their disparate personalities almost immediately. Circumstances of the trail make traveling together a practical necessity, but emotions are frayed almost from the start. When they discover that they're being followed, those frays only rip even more. Soon, they're seeing strangers directly on their trail, and everyone is beginning to question the motives and the very identities of one another. As a search party comes out looking for them, a killer lurks among the group.
