Plot

In the chilling dawn of September 19, 1985, at exactly 7:19 am, the vibrant heartbeat of Mexico City was abruptly silenced by a catastrophic earthquake, an infamous historical moment forever etched in the nation's memory. "7:19" paints a vivid picture of this calamity, seen through the eyes of Martin and Fernando, two ordinary men caught in the web of this extraordinary disaster. The pair find themselves entombed in the concrete labyrinth of their workplace, a once bustling building now reduced to seven layers of twisted metal and rubble. Where once stood walls and corridors now lay an intricate maze of destruction, a chilling monument to the earthquake's wrath. Martin, a man of humble beginnings, and Fernando, a representative of the city's upper crust, are forced to confront the stark disparities of their societal backgrounds. In this underground world, stripped of the pretenses of social hierarchy, they must reconcile their differences, tearing down the metaphorical and literal barriers that stand between them. As the minutes turn into hours, and hours stretch into an agonizing eternity, "7:19" becomes a desperate testament of survival, a story of unity amidst chaos. As the city above attempts to heal its wounds and the rescue efforts intensify, a handful of survivors from diverse walks of life cling to hope and each other, waiting to be pulled from the wreckage and back into the world they once knew. "7:19" is a haunting exploration of human resilience and the shared will to survive, a gripping tale of endurance and the spirit of camaraderie born in the face of unfathomable adversity.
