18 Again! (1988)

At the ripe age of eighty-one, Jack Watson stands as a successful businessman, albeit with a strained relationship with his son, and an unyielding desire to shape his timid grandson, David, into the athletic champion he once was. As he celebrates his birthday, he's urged to make a wish before the candles are blown out. Jack, carrying the weight of his age and longing for his yesteryears, wishes to be eighteen again. A twist of fate propels Jack and David into a car accident that catapults them into an unimaginable situation. Jack awakens, not in his aging body, but in David's youthful physique, while David's consciousness lies dormant in Jack's comatose frame. Set free in the realm of youth, Jack seizes the opportunity to relish his second adolescence. However, he soon stumbles upon the harsh realities that plague his grandson's life, from school struggles to the disquieting feelings of David's girlfriend, Madeline.
